Thanksgiving is almost here and the leaves have all left the leaves. Gerry has enjoyed using the leaf blower as a vacuum to grind the leaves for composting this winter.
The roses and rasberries are suspended by the frost and now starting to
turn brown, but there are still a few yellow dandelions that have
avoided the frost so far. Enjoy some of the photos of the river and trees from a few weeks
It seems that we have a nesting pair of blue herons down at the river bank - as long as the neighbor dog doesn't notice them. Every day we see them flying up and down the river and often fishing at the sand bar.
We will be decorating for Christmas this weekend and are looking forward to the joy of the season.
Happy Thanksgiving and Be Blessed and Grateful for all that we have and give.
